Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus Bonus, Pension, Private Medical, 26 days holidays + bank holidays, on-site Gym

Hours: 8am till 4pm, Monday to Friday - flexible start/finish times

Location: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Havant, Chichester and surrounding areas

Company: We are recruiting for a reputable Manufacturer who are looking for a Quality Manager (department manager) who is resilient, patient, committed, and wanting a genuine challenge to get their teeth into.

We require a great leader, someone who has strong people management skills that can get the team working together towards common goals and objectives. If you thrive on a challenge and have any experience with change management, this would be the perfect role and opportunity for you!

To see the challenges as opportunities to bring forward your ideas and required improvements, implementing them slowly into the business. This role is a Quality Manager (Technical Manager) and department manager. You will be the go-to for all and anything quality and carries a high degree of responsibility. Managing a team of up to 12 quality staff.

If you're a department manager, could be working as a Quality Manager or Technical Manager in Food or FMCG manufacturing.
