Company: We are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator to work within a family run business at their large site.
The company have been running for over 60 years and are well known within the precision engineering industry.
You will benefit from a friendly and loyal team working in this fast faced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welding and Fabrication
- Working from drawings and assembly instructions.
- Assess equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods.
- Working with materials - sheet metal work - Steel and aluminium
- Cut materials using different methods
- Variation of orders, currently working on a large order for clients in the USA
- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned etc.
- Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and appropriate extraction.
Requirements
- Experienced in Fabrication and Welding, 5+ years of TIG and MIG welding
- Experience in small / large fabrications
