Role: Marketing Executive / Marketing Communications Executive Salary: £31,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus Benefits including 23 days Holiday (increases with length of service) plus bank holidays, Pension, Life Assurance, Bonus, Brand New and Modern Offices with Gym on-site, and on-site Cafe Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Location: Commutable from Stockport, Greater Manchester, Altrincham, Pendlebury and surrounding areas This is a new, exciting and rare job opportunity for someone who holds passion, enthusiasm and hunger to be carve out a brilliant career in this large (with a small family-feel) and growing company. Company A UK manufacturing company with staff numbers over 100+ and growing, provides various manufactured products to Building & Construction industry. Working in a brand new and modern office with a gym on-site that is free to use and cafe. The marketing team consists of 7 staff members. It is a very busy department and role where everyone wears many hats, turning your hands to a wide variety of work. The environment is fun, interesting and hard working. We require those similar, with the right attitude and work ethic, to be part of a truly fantastic and supportive team and company. You will receive the right training and investment, giving you the tools you need to be successful and happy within the company. There are a lot of success stories here, leaders and managers within the business having worked their way up through the ranks from hard work, commitment and drive. The role does offer remote working BUT only after completion of your 3 months (approx.) training. This remote working offered is on a 3 days office and 2 days from home. Responsibilities Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team. The role is varied and will include BOTH online & offline work, covering social media, social and digital, outside agencies, product launches, campaigns, events and management of product information. Work with product management & agencies to plan, deliver & measure product launches & campaigns. Work with product managers to ensure product information and marketing collateral is updated as required with alignment to external auditors requirements. Update the company’s literature to reflect the new branding. Work with colleagues to develop social media posts and produce graphics. Generate new ideas for posts based on company activity and wider calendar. Work with external PR agency to produce press releases and articles and to distribute these to media. Negotiate rates with publishers for advertising and PR, and place media when booked. Write, edit and proof-read copy across a range of different communication types. Produce case studies (printed and video) to showcase key projects. Develop and run email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, and solus newsletters via publishers. Develop internal communications materials including company newsletters. Organise still photography, drone and video footage. Track and report on campaign success to demonstrate ROI. Update fixing instructions, product labelling and packaging to reflect new branding and technical data. Organise company presence at trade show events. A large part of this role to manage the production information and file management – this is an area the business get audited on.
