Salary: £14.50 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience) plus overtime at time and a half and benefits

Hours: 40/week; Mon - Thurs, 06:30 - 15:15, Fri 06:00 - 13:00

Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for performing deburring processes including polishing, grinding, smoothing and buffing aerospace machined parts, ensuring they are conforming to drawing and specification.
  • Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling; training will be provided to cover all areas including fettling, polishing, part marking, etc.
  • Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order.
  • Be able to work at a high level of quality control to avoid inspection return.
  • Support colleagues by assisting with other duties when required, to aid the smooth running of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience gained in a similar industry.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally production-based) that can be noisy.
  • A desire to learn a new skill and develop within a successful company.
