Job Description Role: Shift Maintenance Engineer Hours: Rotating shift pattern (Early's/lates) We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to work within a large industrial company at one of their automated factories. You will also benefit from opportunities to gain further qualifications, developing more skills and building a career within this large company. Maintenance Engineers (Shift Engineers) support the production machinery including reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, new installations and refurbishments. This would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who likes variation, looking to upskill in electrical maintenance and fault finding, to work across a range of machinery and equipment, who aren’t afraid to apply themselves and learn. A minimum of 3 years’ maintenance experience working in a manufacturing/process environment. (mechanical or electrical bias) Completed an Engineering Level 3 and 4 NVQ qualification. You will be self-motivated, able to make decisions and react quickly to the needs of the business.
