Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday. 8:00am-3:30pm Friday.
Location: Commutable from Rochester, Chatham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Gravesend, Canterbury, Sevenoaks, Dartford and surrounding areas.
We are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a prestigious precision manufacturing organisation based in Kent. You will benefit from joining this small but knowledgeable team who work closely to support a fast-paced environment. Working in a team of CNC Machinists, the Turner will help with ensuring smooth production of complex components through tool setting and G-code programming. The successful individual will take pride in their work and have a desire to develop and grow their skillset. This is a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment where each small improvement can have a real impact on the performance and success of the business.

Responsibilities:- Set, operate and programme turning machines.
- Complete both first offs and multi-run production cycles.
- Inspect own parts to ensure they meet specification.
- Your main and primary role is keeping production running by ensuring a high standard of work.
- Previous setting, operating and programming experience, ideally Fanuc (G-code).
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Friendly and adaptable with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
