Role: Accounts and Administration Assistant
6 Month Fixed Term Contract April 2026 - September 2026 (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 24 hours per week - Flexible. Core hours are 8.30am - 4.00pm
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Pro Rata) + additional benefits, use of onsite gym, canteen.
Location: Commutable from Camberley, Frimley, Farnborough, Farnham and Aldershot.

Covering maternity leave with perks as a permanent member of staff, use of the onsite gym, canteen and gated parking on site.
The role:
As the Accounts and Administration Assistant you will ensure the financial needs of the business are met in a timely, methodical and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger entries and Purchase Ledger payments
- Export of sales data from internal system into Pegasus Opera
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Data Entry
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Administration support
- Support visitors on arrival to site.
- Manage and transfer internal and external incoming calls.
Desirable skills required:
- Experience with Pegasus Opera or similar accounting packages - SAGE, SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Articulate with efficient data entry skills.
- Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
- High standard of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience or an understanding of payroll to cover absence/holiday
- Fully committed to the full 6 months, covering maternity leave.
