Overview
Techniche Global are working with specialists in LED signage solutions for the highways and transport sector who are based in Redhill. Supporting them with appointing a new Technical Engineer to work with their customers on technical product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with product configuration for customers.
- Support networking and systems integration of products to wider customer networks.
- Fault finding, commissioning, testing, and providing technical support.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage workshop facilities.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience of Electrical or Electronic systems is essential (e.g. devices, EPOS systems, configurable electronic or electrical products, electro-mechanical operational devices).
- Experience or exposure to network configurations or communication protocols (such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, Serial communication).
- Confidence in installing and configuring software applications to Windows-based operating systems.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and test equipment.
Role Details
The role is based from offices in Redhill 5 days a week, with regular travel to customer sites. The business operates a 40 hour working week. The company offers a range of benefits including Private Healthcare and gym memberships.
