We are supporting a leading electronics manufacturing company based in Kettering (NN16 8TD), as they look to build their capability in their engineering team. They are seeking an SMT Technician on a permanent basis working a days only pattern, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 4:30pm with an early finish Friday at 2pm. In this role you will support both manufacturing and R&D, working alongside their team which includes another SMT Technician and a number of R&D Engineers. You’ll be responsible for completing hand soldering and rework of electronic products, as well as some electromechanical assembly and subassembly work. They pride themselves on being at the forefront of R&D in sustainable electronics, and their products are utilised in a range of industries including automotive and aerospace among others.
