We are working with a large Food Manufacturer in Ashford. This role is an alternating shift position: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm for a week, then 2pm – 10pm the next week, rotating thereafter.
The position is permanent, full-time staff with the following benefits:

The role will be working within the production facility, operating systems and production plant using computer screens and operator terminals. Duties will include packaging lines, supervising operative staff, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and promoting good manufacturing processes.
The role pays a base rate of £13.78 per hour, with overtime paid at multiples depending on the time of day.
