Techniche Global are supporting a food manufacturer to appoint a new Head of Technical, at their Thetford site.
This is a significant role at the site and will be very customer facing, liaising over quality, safety and supply areas. Ensuring that the overall Technical Strategy of the site is delivered.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading BRC Audits
- Ensuring Technical Strategy is being delivered
- Managing customer expectations and code practice
- Ensuring the updating and ongoing management of the QMS Systems across the site.
For this role experience in Food, or Poultry / Protein manufacture and processing is essential, along with experience in a Technical Management role. Level 4 HACCP is also essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
