Electrical Site Installation Supervisor – Onshore Wind (Contract)

Location: Able Seaton Port, Hartlepool (TS25 2DB)
Rate: £360/day PAYE or £480/day Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months initially, potential to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days

We\’re supporting a major player in the offshore wind sector in their search for an Electrical Site Installation Supervisor for the onshore phase of one of Europe\’s most significant renewable energy projects.

This contract role is based primarily at Able Seaton Port in Hartlepool, supporting the pre-assembly and installation of offshore wind turbine components before deployment. While mainly site-based, occasional offshore visits may be required for inspections or coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical and mechanical contractor teams during onshore turbine pre-assembly
Act as the main interface between engineering teams and site contractors
Review and approve RAMS and project documentation
Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance during all activities
Track and report daily progress to senior stakeholders
Requirements:

Background in electrical engineering (technical or supervisory)
Experience xiskglj working in onshore/offshore wind, major infrastructure, or high-risk industrial sites
Demonstrated site supervision and contractor management skills
Strong understanding of HSE and quality procedures
GWO Full Package and valid Industry Medical are essential
