We are supporting a major global engineering, design consultancy to appoint a Digital Business Change Manager. The main purpose of the role is to establish business readiness and drive user adoption across our Client’s Transmission Digital programmes, portfolios and projects covering IT, OT and Cyber. This will involve working in partnership to co-ordinate, manage and align delivery of business change activity for value chains and projects which have a significant impact on colleagues within one or more areas of the Transmission business.

Rate: Up to £605/day (Umbrella Inside IR35)

Location: Scotland (Aberdeen, Inverness, Glasgow, Perth) - hybrid working (3 days onsite/ 2 days wfh)

Duration: 9 months initially

Hours per week: 8 hours daily / 40 hrs weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of integrated digital business change plans across multiple initiatives.
  • Create the strategic change narrative, setting individual changes in context and articulating cumulative value.
  • Focus on the people side of change, supporting adoption of new processes, systems and technologies.
  • Partner with HR where change impacts roles or organisational structures.
  • Operate both strategically and hands-on as required, contributing directly to delivery.
  • Maximise adoption and usage of new platforms and systems.

Skills / Experience

  • Recognised change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP).
  • Experience operating in complex, enterprise-scale digital environments.
