Established and fast-growing digital telecare business to appoint a Digital Lead Engineer. You’ll be at the forefront of building and deploying advanced digital door entry and dispersed alarm systems. This is a hands‑on, technically oriented position where you’ll work across both hardware and software environments, ensuring our systems are built, configured and tested to the highest standards before deployment. You’ll act as the go‑to technical expert, driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues.
Salary: £40-45k
Location: Kendal - hybrid
Duration: perm, full‑time
