Established and fast-growing digital telecare business to appoint a Digital Lead Engineer. You’ll be at the forefront of building and deploying advanced digital door entry and dispersed alarm systems. This is a hands‑on, technically oriented position where you’ll work across both hardware and software environments, ensuring our systems are built, configured and tested to the highest standards before deployment. You’ll act as the go‑to technical expert, driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues.

Salary: £40-45k

Location: Kendal - hybrid

Duration: perm, full‑time

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, UK-wide

  • Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical team members.
  • Familiarity with digital door entry systems (highly desirable).
  • Experience in the telecare sector (a significant advantage).
  • Solid understanding of Wi‑Fi, GSM networks, and IoT technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, UK-wide.
