Techniche Global are supporting a well-established UK manufacturer with multiple sites across the UK, who are looking to add a Quality Improvement Technician to their distribution and wholesale operation in Birmingham (B11). This is a hands-on role focused on product quality, inspections, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay rate: £14.02/hour rising to £14.27/hour after 6 months (circa £28,400–29k equivalent)
Location: Birmingham - 100% onsite
Duration: permanent, full-time role
Additional information: 39 hours/week, day shifts: 9-6 Monday-Tuesday, 9-5 Wednesday-Thursday and Friday is 9-4:30; 1.5X Overtime after 39 Hours weekly; Weekly paid + bonus and benefits

- Background in quality inspections, goods-in checks, or warehouse/manufacturing quality

You’d be responsible for carrying out inspections (including goods-in), investigating quality issues, supporting corrective actions, and driving a right-first-time approach across the site.
