How to prepare for a job interview at Technically Gifted Ltd
✨Know Your Salesforce Stuff
Make sure you brush up on your Salesforce knowledge, especially around Apex and LWC. Be ready to discuss your past projects and how you've tackled challenges in Salesforce development. This will show that you're not just familiar with the platform but can also apply your skills effectively.
✨Show Off Your Integration Skills
Since the role involves integrations with Talend, be prepared to talk about any relevant experience you have. Think of specific examples where you've successfully integrated systems or solved integration issues. This will demonstrate your hands-on experience and problem-solving abilities.
✨Communicate Clearly
Excellent communication is key, so practice explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms. You might be asked to explain your thought process during coding or configuration tasks, so being articulate will help you stand out as a candidate who can collaborate effectively with non-technical team members.
✨Ask Insightful Questions
Prepare some thoughtful questions about the company’s Salesforce projects or their development processes. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if the company is the right fit for you. Plus, it gives you a chance to engage with the interviewers and make a memorable impression.
