We are working with a leading ecommerce business that needs a UX Designer to come on board to work on some exciting new projects. This role suits someone who is forward thinking in their approach and open to utilising Claude Design in their UX methods. It would be a huge advantage for someone who has experience designing around Salesforce systems/processes in the past.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end UX process across web and mobile products, from discovery to delivery
- Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into thoughtful, usable experiences
- Plan and conduct light-to-moderate user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate assumptions and improve designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and beautiful
Ideally you will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Experience working in and around Salesforce
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and end-to-end project work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD
- Working knowledge of user research methods and usability testing practices
