The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the University as an HR & Organisational Change Advisor, supporting the Department of Veterinary Medicine through a significant change programme.

You will provide expert HR advice across people matters, with a focus on organisational change, workforce transformation and employee relations, including consultation processes, workforce planning and change initiatives.
