Swansea University offers a PhD studentship commencing October 2026/January 2027 as part of the UK-SIFS CDT, led by Swansea University in partnership with the University of Leeds. The four-year programme provides an enhanced stipend and extensive training in semiconductor science, engineering and technology, hosted at Swansea's Centre for Integrative Semiconductor Materials (CISM).

The project welcomes applicants from Physics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Materials Science.
