The University of Edinburgh invites applications for a PhD student to characterise sleep in young children with neurodevelopmental conditions using EEG recordings as part of the EPIC project.

You will develop and apply computational analyses of EEG data, including features for sleep organisation and variability, and explore causal AI methods to separate true sleep-related effects from confounders, aiming for interpretable and robust solutions with real-world impact.
