We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to manage the development, implementation and oversight of Regent’s Collaborative Provision Partnerships, in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for managing specific partnerships (typically up to five) – monitoring quality assurance, ensuring robust operations, and being the main point of contact for and about allocated partners. Whilst upholding quality and standards, you will recognise the benefits of partnership working and seek opportunities for growth, greater collaboration and good practice sharing. You will also provide specialist support and advice for partner operational activities, approval and review procedures, communications and contractual responsibilities.

To be successful, you will have a background of working with Collaborative Provision Partners in a Higher Education setting and can speak to your experience of effectively developing, implementing and managing quality and enhancement processes and procedures. You will have relevant knowledge of quality assurance and enhancement relating to learning and teaching in UK HE and familiarity with QAA, CMA and OfS requirements. In addition, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a high level of customer care, demonstrating diplomacy and conflict resolution.

  • Membership of a group personal pension scheme with a 7% minimum contribution by the University, with up to 10% contribution by the University
  • Loans of up to £10,000, to include covering daily travel costs, rental deposits and bicycles
  • Benenden medical cover - allowing access to medical services where there is delay in receiving NHS treatment
