The interviews are expected to be held on the 20th August 2026. This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC) works with mature, part-time and foundation-level learners, especially where this enables participation of people from groups that are under-represented in higher education. This is an exciting opportunity to work as PA to Senior Managers within the Lifelong Learning Centre. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this important and varied role will focus on diary management, servicing meetings, internal communications and operational aspects of HR and the staff recruitment processes.
As a role that involves aspects of HR and staff recruitment, as well as servicing a variety of meetings, this role requires an individual with a high level of trust and reliability who will be key in supporting the Centre’s senior management and leadership team. Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants.
