The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the world’s leading universities. We currently have an opportunity for a learning & development professional to join our Organisational Learning and Development team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a diverse and interesting environment and contribute your skills and experience within an established, high‑performing, team.

In this exciting role you will design and manage learning and development opportunities for staff across the LSE, that both help to further organisational effectiveness and staff development and engagement.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in Organisational Learning and Development, supporting a complex and diverse organisation. You will have experience of developing and facilitating learning programmes, including leadership and management, change management, coaching, inductions and appraisals. You will have experience of leading and motivating a team and possess excellent digital skills, including the use of learning management systems. You will be innovative, forward thinking and able to identify and respond to emerging skills needs, helping to shape learning solutions that prepare the organisation for future opportunities. You must have the ability to deal with frequently changing and multiple priorities whilst managing projects. Confident communication and influencing skills are essential.
