The University of Southampton is recruiting a Buying and Administrative Assistant to join the Purchasing Team in the Finance department.

You will provide purchasing support and end-to-end processing, serving as the first point of contact for staff, students and suppliers, via email, phone and in person, ensuring a professional and courteous service.

You will handle orders from placement to goods receipting, contribute to contract administration, and work flexibly within a hybrid working model.
