The University of East London is seeking a People Systems Specialist (Analyst) to design, implement, maintain and improve HRIS and payroll systems, with a focus on MHR iTrent. You will work with Payroll, IT and external suppliers to ensure accurate data, workflows and system integration.
You will advise on best practice use of MHR iTrent, manage data entry, cleansing, imports/exports, APIs, and data reconciliation, and lead continuous improvement projects within agreed timeframes.
