Loughborough University is seeking an HR Data & Systems Co-ordinator on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. You will manage day-to-day HR data and systems operations, lead a team, and support the HR Systems Transformation Programme while ensuring high service standards across HR, Payroll, and IT Services.
