Applicants are sought for the important role of Head of Student and Programme Administration (SPA) at Lancaster University. Leading a team responsible for the delivery of critical services from registration to award, you will combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver user-focussed, digitally led, efficient and compliant operations.
Reporting to the Academic Registrar and joining the Student and Education Services Leadership Team, you will have demonstrable experience of leading and developing a diverse team, refining services and evolving practices while responding at pace to a diverse range of operational challenges and compliance demands.
Highly emotionally intelligent, with significant recent experience of delivering improvements to service, you will build positive, collaborative relationships with senior staff across the University and its partner campuses in the UK and overseas.
