The Norwich Research Park Biosciences Doctoral Training Programme (NRPDTP) is offering a fully funded 4-year Ph D in oral processing and bolus formation.

The project will apply rheology, particle sizing and biochemical assays to understand texture and digestion, with human mastication studies and lab-based simulations.

Start date is 1 October 2026, and the programme includes a stipend (£21,805 in 2026/7) plus a Research Training Support Grant.
