The Contracts team at the Technical University of Denmark is looking for a qualified contracts professional to prepare, negotiate and execute a range of agreements including Research Contracts, Collaboration Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and International Consortium Agreements.
You will provide specialist guidance, assess risk, and help safeguard the university's interests while enabling successful research partnerships.
