Overview
On 1 August 2026, the London and South- East (LASE) University Group will form. You will be employed by LASE but will work within the University of Greenwich academic division, contributing to its strengths, community and identity while being part of a wider group that supports scale, resilience and shared ambition. LASE aims to deliver outstanding education, impactful research and meaningful regional and global impact.
Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive Communications Officer to join the Employability & Apprenticeships Directorate. You will help showcase the breadth and impact of our employability work by creating engaging, high-quality content that reflects the University"s tone of voice and brand guidelines in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Produce written, visual and digital content that connects with students and graduates and supports engagement with opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance our digital presence by updating the website and managing LinkedIn and Instagram channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the University and with student staff to bring activities to life through strong storytelling and campaign content.
- Support and contribute to campaigns and communications that inform, support and inspire audiences.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in communications or content creation with ability to produce high-quality content across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with central brand guidelines and tone of voice; experience with web and social media management is desirable.
