  • Plan and deliver content for multiple channels aligned to briefs, timelines, and campaign objectives while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Lead the adoption of AI‑supported design tools, establishing best practice and maintaining strong editorial judgement.
  • Plan and capture authentic stories, working with students, alumni, academics, and internal teams.
  • Lead the organisation and optimisation of digital asset management, including storage, naming, version control, and reuse.

Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting creative briefs and translating them into visual assets for web, social media, print, and digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience producing high‑quality photography and video content (including use of mobile and/or lightweight equipment).
  • Strong understanding of visual identity systems and experience applying brand guidelines consistently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external production partners.
  • Experience working in a campaign‑led, target‑driven environment with a proactive and solution‑focused approach.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and the role of visuals in supporting discoverability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
