Built in the 16th century, this elegant country house has 16 well‑equipped meeting rooms, 62 ensuite bedrooms, a professional kitchen, licensed bar, coffee shop, Lodge House available as rentable short‑stay accommodation and is set in 8 acres of grounds including superb Capability Brown‑designed gardens.
Housekeeping assistant(s) are responsible for delivering cleaning services throughout the Hall, including guest accommodation rooms, conference rooms, communal areas, and offices, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for all users.
You will be part of a great team who is dedicated to make our guests experience comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable.
Housekeepers play an important part in creating this positive experience and helping guests feel at home.
Housekeeping assistants work as part of a supportive team, guided by the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisor through clear standards and structured training.
Team members are encouraged to take pride in their work, use supplies responsibly, and report any issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
Ongoing management support is always available.
This is a full‑time role on a variable rota basis (5 days out of 7), including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Core hours are generally between 8:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m., with occasional early morning duties starting from 6:00 a. m.
