Aston University is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving and assisting continuous improvement of the taught programme portfolio. You’ll work across departments, providing professional and administrative support to programme teams and professional support areas, contributing directly to Aston’s 2030 Strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience of working in an administrative role in a large professional organisation.
  • Proven experience of contributing to the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.
  • High level of IT proficiency, including spreadsheets, online databases and data dashboards.
  • Experience of managing, analysing and interpreting data using MS Excel.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload against competing deadlines across a regular cycle of activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of establishing effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
