De Montfort University seeks an Associate Director of Student Life to lead strategic development across wellbeing, belonging, engagement, employability and graduate outcomes. You will drive performance against Graduate Outcomes and NSS indicators, while overseeing and enhancing wellbeing provisions including mental health, counselling, disability support, and student advice.

You will champion student partnership, manage large budgets and multidisciplinary teams, and act as an ambassador for the university.
