Role Overview: The accounts assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records. The role will involve assisting with general accounts duties, such as data entry, reconciliation of accounts and other administrative tasks to support the finance team.

  • Cash Allocation: Allocate payments received to the corresponding invoices on customer accounts.
  • Credit Control: Sending monthly statements via email and post to customers, monitoring aged debtors, chasing overdue invoices, and communicating with customers regarding outstanding debt.
