Job Description:
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world\’s largest and most complex projects.
We are looking to recruit a Subcontracts Supervisor for an 18-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Skills / Experience / Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of Feed and Consultancy Support Contracts associated with the project.
- Prepare and issue tender documentation where applicable.
- Compile tender documentation, ensuring completeness and viability.
- Strategize and hold tender clarification meetings.
- Facilitate information exchange with tenderers.
- Issue tender bulletins and clarification documentation.
- Ensure timely technical and commercial negotiation evaluations and strategies.
- Prepare and manage contract issuance and documentation.
- Conduct Kick-Off Meetings.
- Plan, develop, and execute post-award contract management activities.
- Responsible for contract closeout.
- Report contract progress from pre- to post-award stages.
- Supply chain and subcontract management experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in developing and executing contracts and procurement.
- Previous experience with Aramco is preferred.
Relationships
- Collaborates with multi-discipline project teams.
- Deals with contractors, OIMs, and suppliers.
- Interacts with clients and KBR stakeholders.
Education
University degree in relevant subject matter.
