Job Description
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Preparation of an integrated FEED phase and EPCI phase schedules to enable the identification of key activities during engineering development, procurement, construction and commissioning, interface with others, the overall duration of the work and critical work sequences to allow for successful completion of the work.
- Preparation and update of Level 1, 2 and Level 3 schedules on a monthly basis for reporting progress.
- Developing project interface schedules to report the status of interfaces.
- To develop, update and maintain systems and procedures relating to Basis of Schedule to include Project Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Progress Reporting, Progress Trending, Progress Certification, consistent with the Project requirements
- Developing and maintaining the overall project progress reporting system
- To prepare and make in-depth reviews and analysis relating to Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Reporting, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Productivity Analysis.
- To identify the areas of concern impacting the project completion schedule and to advise the Project Mangers on the proposed corrective actions.
- Critical Path Analysis and the reporting of any areas of concern to the Project Management team.
- To prepare resource deployment plan and validate their adequacy for meeting the completionschedules based onthe productivity ratesand recommend enhancements where required.
- To prepare schedule impact assessment for Variation requests/Claims for extension of project schedule and prepare appropriate recommendations to Project Management for approval.
- To prepare the Schedule Risk Analysis along with the mitigation measures and ensuring timely implementation of all agreed migration measures.
- To identify/establish KPI’s for all ongoing projects for each year in consultation with the respective Project Managers for each project and to maintain close follow up with integrated Project Management teams thereafter to ensure achievement of KPI's as per plan.
- To prepare Monthly Progress Reports and detailed write-ups / presentations required for Meetings, Board Advisory Committee (BAC) Meetings.
- To provide necessary inputs to the Lead Engineer, Cost Control to facilitate preparation of annual budgets and to provide necessary inputs / justifications for schedule variations as required.

- Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Budgets
- Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control

- Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, Quality standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s / Department work programs in line with Client and International standards.
Performance Management
- Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Client Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and Client Code of Practices.
Reports
- Provide inputs to prepare Management Information System progress reports
5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
- Daily direct liaison with all engineering, operations and project disciplines as well as with Client.
External
- Has frequent contact with Consultants/Contractors/Client to meet reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum Experience
- 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. LNG projects experience will be preferred. Must have 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Good computing skills with advanced knowledge of planning, scheduling software applications
- Strong planning skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Professional Certifications
- Project Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification or equivalent
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Not mandatory but any relevant Certification like Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar qualifications would be an advantage.
