Key Responsibilities
- Development of a high number of good quality LNG Operations deliverables (e.g. Asset Maintenance & Integrity Plan, List of Laboratory Inventory).
- Support to the home office and Jakarta office engineering and Commissioning and Operations Teams.
- Interface and maintain relationship with the client Operations team.
- Support input to EPCI tender.
- Attend HAZOP, Model, P&ID, plot plan, reviews as required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- BSc / B.Eng. Degree in Engineering or HNC in relevant subjects.
- 10-15 years LNG Operations experience.
- Good technical writing skills and experience in writing LNG Operations deliverables.
- Self‑motivated with good planning and organisation skills.
Project Background
INPEX Masela, Ltd wishes to develop an onshore LNG plant to monetize the Abadi gas and condensate field which lies in Arafura sea, approximately 350km east of Timor island and 400km north of Darwin, Australia. The design concept developed by INPEX for study during pre‑FEED includes:
- Two train LNG plant based on Propane / mixed refrigerant technology with total nominal loading capacity of 9.5MTPA.
- Single containment tank(s) to store produced LNG with loading via a jetty to LNG and condensate carriers.
Qualification / Technical and Academic
- Preferably degree/chartered status or demonstrate trade proficiency certificates or equivalent technical ability developed through practical experience.
- Twenty or more years of progressive applicable experience with at least fifteen years experience in the Oil & gas or related industries.
- Minimum of five years experience in a Work Pack developer position.
Skills
- Ability to break scope of work into manageable and distinct Engineering Work Packages, which define specific tasks.
- Ability to co‑ordinate effectively and demonstrate administrative skills maintaining productive working relations with other project members as required.
- Ability to co‑ordinate and function within an overall E&P contract and consult effectively with disciplines.
- Ability to motivate discipline personnel within the project to achieve engineering work pack delivery, goals and objectives.
- Develop Engineering Work Pack methodology sequence of installation.
- Proficiency in use of Navisworks model.
- Proficiency in use of the project laser scan.
