- Establish budgets and track compliance and deviations
- Analyze cost, progress, and performance indicators
- Earned vs planned
- Committed vs budget - good exposure to Contracts and Sub-Contracts.
- Analyze trends & forecast to-go
- Lead the change management process including capturing and documenting changes
- Develop and monitor contingency drawdown plans
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections
