Job Description
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
We are looking to recruit a Civil Engineer for a 12-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Purpose of the role
KBR require a Civil equipment engineer to work within our client’s team on an LNG FEED project
Skills / Experience

- Candidates must have previous Aramco experience
- The required competency and skills would typically have been built up over a 12 year period working for a consultant engineering company, machinery manufacturer, or end user company.
- support the lead in the preparation of engineering deliverables within the scope assigned:
- Design basis, material and construction specifications
- independently perform engineering studies and produce recommendation reports
- Familiarity with American and Euro norm design codes and standards
- Coordinate, direct and review analysis/calculations, typically
Structures – buildings, equipment support structures, pipe racks, culverts/bridges, earth retaining structures - Foundations – shallow, piled as appropriate
- Civil infrastructure – site preparation earthworks, roads
- Prepare material take-offs
- The work will involve liaising with other disciplines, client and 3rd party contractors and coordinating and working with project team members across global offices to deliver the tasks within allotted timelines and budgets.
