Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
We are seeking a Quality Manager for a 15-month assignment, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Purpose of the Role:
Project Quality Manager needed for Aramco Shaybah project FEED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with international standards, such as ISO 9001 and industry-specific requirements.
- Administration of the Project Quality Management System, coordination of the project audit and review schedule, and input to the pre-award procurement activity from the UK office.
- Coordinate internal/external audits, manage supplier quality surveillance, and oversee inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards for design, welding, and materials, ensuring all products meet statutory regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and implement Lean or Six Sigma practices.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including data books, inspection reports, and non-conformity reports (NCRs).
- Manage QA/QC team members, provide training on quality standards, and foster a safety-first culture.
