Are you an experienced Structured Cabling Project Manager looking to lead high-profile installation projects across London? As a Structured Cabling Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will be working for an established network infrastructure provider delivering complex cabling solutions across commercial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple structured cabling projects simultaneously
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and H&S standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues
- Attend and lead client meetings
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and associated documentation
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities across projects
- Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and progress reviews
- Coordinate material procurement and site logistics
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and customer service
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing structured cabling projects
- Strong technical background in Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, fibre optic and containment installations
- Solid understanding of industry standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, BS EN)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
