As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring installation, service, and maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities:
- Supervise engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ensure projects and maintenance works are completed on time
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Support the scheduling and coordination of engineers
- Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed
- Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation
Experience and Certifications required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role
- Experience managing engineers on commercial projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- ECS/CSCS Card preferred
