Are you looking for an Area Supervisor position working in West Midlands? As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring installation, service, and maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be working for a growing company delivering projects and support services across commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Ensure projects and maintenance works are completed on time
  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of engineers
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation

Experience and Certifications required:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role
  • Experience managing engineers on commercial projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • ECS/CSCS Card preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
