Sprinkler Site Manager

Role: Sprinkler Site Manager\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + Pension + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays\\n\\nTechnical Resources are recruiting for a Sprinkler Site Manager to work under a Project Manager and/or Project Engineer on the installation of sprinkler, dry riser, and wet riser pipework systems across various projects in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while ensuring quality installation and compliance with safety standards.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Keep records of installation progress and monitor against the program of works.\\n\\n * Liaise with clients regarding progress and schedule.\\n\\n * Fabricate and install sprinkler pipework.\\n\\n * Maintain up-to-date site records, including site diary.\\n\\n * Review drawings and ensure work aligns with company fire designs, quality expectations, and procedures.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance on-site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments.\\n\\n * Assist with testing and commissioning of systems.\\n\\n * Supervise and assist mates and trainees.\\n\\nExperience and Certifications Required:\\n\\n * Knowledge of construction sites.\\n\\n * Understanding of sprinkler installations.\\n\\n * Ability to work well in a team.\\n\\n * Valid CSCS Card (essential).\\n\\n * SSSTS (preferred but not essential).\\n\\n * Sprinkler NVQ Level 2 (preferred but not essential).\\n\\nPlease apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.\\n\\nWe can only accept candidates who have the Right To Work in the UK
