Fire Safety Estimator and Supervisor

Role: Fire Safety Estimator and Supervisor\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum\\n\\nTechnical Resources are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Estimator and Supervisor to join a team in London. This role involves preparing accurate quotations and estimates for fire alarm and fire extinguisher projects, as well as managing and supervising engineers to ensure timely project delivery.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for fire alarm and fire extinguisher projects.\\n\\n * Schedule and coordinate engineers’ workloads to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.\\n\\n * Manage project spreadsheets and documentation, maintaining up-to-date records on costs, schedules, and progress.\\n\\n * Supervise and support a team of engineers, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of work.\\n\\n * Meet with clients to assess requirements, present solutions, and maintain strong working relationships.\\n\\n * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.\\n\\n * Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, supporting tender submissions, and building client relationships.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards and regulations.\\n\\n * Resolve issues related to project execution, including scheduling conflicts and resource allocation.\\n\\nExperience and Certifications Required:\\n\\n * Demonstrable experience with fire alarm and fire extinguisher systems (installation, maintenance, or project management).\\n\\n * Strong background in estimating, quoting, and cost analysis for fire safety projects.\\n\\n * Proven ability to schedule, manage, and supervise engineering teams.\\n\\n * Proficient in managing spreadsheets and project documentation.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and internal coordination.\\n\\n * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\\n\\n * Experience in business development or client-facing roles is highly desirable.\\n\\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\n * Relevant qualifications in fire safety, engineering, or a related discipline are desirable.\\n\\n * Previous experience in a similar role within the fire safety or building services sector.\\n\\nPlease apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.\\n\\nWe can only accept candidates who have the Right To Work in the UK
