Technical Resources are seeking an organised and commercially minded Fire and Security Small Works Supervisor to join a team in Nottinghamshire. This role involves managing small and remedial works, liaising with clients, and overseeing site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fire and security and be capable of multitasking while ensuring project efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Produce quotations for small/remedial works generated by the service and/or sales team.
- Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure project success.
- Chase and close out quotations to ensure timely completion.
- Organise and project manage small works, including procurement of labour and materials.
- Close out and invoice completed works.
- Conduct site supervision/auditing as needed.
- Develop procedures to optimise efficiency, including staff guidance and training.
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) as required.
- Perform site surveys when necessary.
- Provide ongoing statistics to manage profitability.
- Manage administrative staff for duties such as job logging, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Strong industry knowledge in fire and security.
- Clear and precise communicator.
- Organised and capable of multitasking.
