Job Description

Role: Fire and Security Service Engineer\\n\\nLocation: Uxbridge\\n\\nSalary: £28,000 – £42,000 per annum + vehicle + commission + pension + mental health support scheme + birthday holiday\\n\\nTechnical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Engineer in Uxbridge. The successful Engineer will contribute to the team and will strive to deliver world class customer service and will be rewarded for doing so.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.\\n\\n * Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.\\n\\n * Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits in your area.\\n\\n * Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.\\n\\n * Maintain your stock levels with support from the Stores team.\\n\\n * Attend training sessions as and when required.\\n\\n * Attend Engineering team meetings as and when required.\\n\\n * Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service.\\n\\n * Systems used are: Fire:Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec. Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco.

CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems. Access Control: Paxton, PAC. Salto\\n\\nExperience and Certifications Required:\\n\\n * Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry\\n\\n * Good all round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems\\n\\n * Experience of front line customer contact preferred\\n\\n * Excellent organisational skills\\n\\n * Professional and presentable at all times\\n\\n * Be able to deliver exceptional customer service\\n\\n * ACE – Attitude, Commitment & Effort key to progression\\n\\nPlease apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.\\n\\nWe can only accept candidates who have the Right To Work in the UK
