Our client, a well-established fire and security company, is looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to join their team based in Liverpool. As a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, small works and commissioning of fire alarm systems for a variety of commercial and industrial clients across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum + Travel Time + Overtime + Van

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of fire alarm systems in accordance with British Standards and industry regulations
  • Carrying out small works, such as upgrades and modifications to existing fire alarm systems
  • Commissioning of fire alarm systems
  • Liaising with clients to ensure their fire alarm systems are fully operational and meet their requirements
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer
  • Knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry regulations
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
