- Mechanical maintenance on a range of HVAC systems including AHUs, air conditioning, chillers and more
- Monitor building management systems
- Call out rota 1 in 5
- Monday to Friday double day shift (6-2 / 2-10)
Maintenance engineer from a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar).
- Strong experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC systems etc.
- A good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS and emergency generator systems.
